Group structure 

WEST Invest Group comprises the companies Enico Oy, Höyrytys Oy, Hyxo Oy, Ubitec Oy, Ekomuovi Oy, KMV-tuotteet Oy and OleiniTec Nordic AB. WEST Invest Group also includes three real estate companies and the associated companies Food & Plan Oy, Mittausguru Oy and XO Health Oy. The parent company of the Group is WEST Invest Group Oy. 

WEST Invest Group also has a subsidiary, Filter Group, which operates in the field of energy and water treatment solutions in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Poland. 

WEST Invest Group Oy is responsible for the Group’s shared administrative services. These include financial and real estate management, information and HR management, the Group’s internal and external communications, and business development services. 

WEST Invest Group’s implementation of good governance is supported by the company’s Code of Business Conduct. 

Ownership 

WEST Invest Group Oy is a Finnish family business. The Viiala family owns 100% of all shares. Ownership is today concentrated in the hands of the third generation of the Viiala family, Harto Viiala and Harriet Viiala.
